Terms of Service

1. Service

FundingCube provides financial intelligence software including readiness scoring, credit analytics, lender matching, and PDF reporting. We are not a lender, broker of record (except where disclosed), or financial advisor.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your credentials and for the accuracy of information you provide. Falsified information voids access.

3. Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance via Stripe. Cancel anytime; access continues through the paid period. Annual plans are prorated on cancellation.

4. No guarantee of funding

Readiness scores and approval probabilities are estimates. Final underwriting decisions belong to the lender. We do not guarantee approval, terms, or funding amount.

5. Acceptable use

No fraud, identity misrepresentation, scraping, or abuse. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

6. Liability

Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months.
